How to access services

​I accept the following referrals:

• self-referral
• from your GP, using a Mental Health Care plan
• from your Obstetrician

Counselling & Coaching delivered In-person or via secure Telehealth:

• video
• telephone (short coaching sessions only)

Payment and rebates

Psychology services are not bulk-billed. 

Full payment is required after each session​

• Self-referral -  you pay the full fee and do not receive any rebates.
  • If you have Private Health insurance, you may be able to claim for the service pending your fund and the level of cover
• Mental Health Care plan referral - you will receive a rebate ($96.65) from Medicare the following day

Shorter sessions: 
15min - $40
30min - $80

Coaching - Food, Feelings & Freedom program 
One-on-One - $150
Small group (3 people) - $50 each
